Order Tracking

To track your orders:

  1. After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notifying you that we've completed processing your order.
  2. This email will contain an international shipping carrier tracking number.
  3. Copy this tracking number and paste it into our Order Tracking Page.
  4. Click the "Track" button, and your order tracking information will be displayed immediately.

Order Corrections

If you've ordered the wrong items or provided an incorrect address:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at service@tegooe.com.
  • We'll assist in correcting the order information for you.
  • Please note, once your order has been delivered to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect address details (zip code, recipient phone number, etc.).

Order Cancellation

Yes, you can cancel your order:

  • Contact us via email at service@tegooe.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After this time, if your order has been delivered to the carrier, we may be unable to cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery Times

  • After placing an order, our warehouse processes and ships it within 1-3 working days (excluding holidays).
  • You'll receive an email notification once your items have been shipped, along with a tracking number.
  • Delivery times:
    • United States: 6 to 12 business days
    • Canada, Australia: 10 to 16 business days
    • The United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
    • Other countries: Up to 15 to 25 days

  • Holiday periods may result in delivery delays.

Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds and returns for unopened packages or defective products upon arrival:

  • Provide evidence (photos, short videos, etc.) for further investigation.
  • Due to sanitary and health/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for used products.
