30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • It should be unworn or slightly unused, with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@tegooe.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address of our warehouse for the return.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees back to our HONG KONG Warehouse.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we can monitor the return.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items for any intentional damage, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
  • Please note that returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues (Defective Products)

We provide a free replacement for items that arrive non-functional or have a quality defect.

In such cases, please contact us via email first and provide the necessary information and evidence, including photos or short videos clearly describing the issues.

  • Once approved, we will send the shipping label to your mailbox, you can download and print it, and then return it to us. No fees cost.
  • When we get the tracking information of the product, we will send you a new replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want promptly, please email us at service@tegooe.com. Return the item you have, and once your return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • We will approve your refund request if the product is indeed unworn or slightly used, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
